There will also be a finals purse that compensates each athlete depending on their finals standings.
Each team will have a strict salary cap to ensure that all teams are competitive.
Teams will provide transportation for athletes and horses to all events. Teams will cover the costs of vet fees, farrier fees, and feed.

In August of 2026, we will be hosting six separate drafts.

Each of those six drafts will consist of a four-round draft for each of the twenty-one teams.
All athletes who are drafted in the first round of any of the six drafts, will receive an annual contract for $175,000.00
Second round - $160,000.00
Third round - $150,000.00
Fourth round - $140,000.00

The men will have six events;
Bareback riding
Bull riding
Steer crazy
Steer wrestling
Team roping
Tie down roping
The ladies will have six events;
Barrels
Breakaway
Triathlon - Goat tying, barrels, breakaway

What teams will be starting in 2027?
Three regions will begin in 2027.
South, West & Southeast.
South Region - Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, Missouri, Arkansas & Louisiana.
West Region - New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, California, Oregon, Washington & Nevada.
South East Region - Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, N Carolina, S Carolina, Florida & Tennessee.
In 2028, the three remaining regions will begin.
Is there a minimum age requirement to be on a team?
Yes. You must be 17 on or before January 1 of the season you are hoping to begin.
Each state team will also have 3 to 5 junior teams. Each of the junior teams will consist of twenty athletes. Ten male and ten female. Those teams will only compete during the three home state events. Junior rodeo team members will be paid $1,000.00 for each of the three events.
