Coaches & Trainers
We are beginning the process to meet coaches and trainers throughout the country. Our timeline has us hiring the coaches and trainers for the twenty-one teams that will begin in January of 2027 sometime around June of 2026. Each team will have one head coach and two assistant head coaches.

What is the contract length for coaches?
Initially, all contracts will be a two-year contract.
What is the head coach salary range?
All coaching employment packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Will coaches have a say in who's drafted by the team?
Yes. Our timeline in designed for coaches to be involved with the draft.
Do the head coaches have a say in who's hired as an assistant coach?
Yes. Head coaches have full control of assistant coaches and trainers.

Yes. We will not share the recruiting and hiring information with anyone until the coaches will be announced in late June of 2026.
