Director of Merchandise & Food
Responsible for all team merchandise, including the manufacturing, designing, licensing, packaging, distribution, and pricing.
Responsible for all food and beverages, beer, permits, licensing, for rodeo events.

Director of Sponsorship
Responsible for negotiating sponsorship agreements with partners.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners.

Director of Media Advertising
Responsible for generating adds for the tv channels.

Director of Social Media
Responsible for all public relations across all social media platforms.

Director of Entertainment
Responsible for negotiating and scheduling with musicians and other performers.
Responsible for producing other entertainment activities during the rodeo weekend.

Director of Media / Streaming Production
Responsible for creating production studio, app for the rodeo tv, film crews.

Director of HS & College teams.
Responsible for creating relationships with colleges, rodeos, high schools.

Director of Facilities
Responsible for logistics and execution of facility set up and take down.

Director of Transportation
Responsible for logistics of all transportation of equine, equipment, facility equipment.

Director of Teams
Responsible for management of all team managers, junior rodeo team managers, team members.

Director of Ambassadors & Interns
Recruitment and management of all team ambassadors and ambassador managers in a region. Recruitment of all Interns.

Director of Athletes Marketing
Responsible for developing the branding, marketing products, manufacturing relationships for each of the team athletes to help them build their own brand.
